The ministry has warned that participation in lottery games should not be taken lightly, and that those who engage in illegal activities could face legal action.
According to the ministry, there are a total of 79 state lottery operators operating in the country. In addition, there are a number of private lotteries. Some private operators operate lotteries via websites or social media platforms. Some of them also offer mobile applications for people who want to play the lotto on the go.
The Laos Lottery app can be downloaded from the Google Play store on Android devices. Once it’s installed, users can select the lottery game of their choice, and the app will display the results when they are announced. The app is free to download, but it requires a Google account. Once the app is downloaded, a pop-up window will show the permissions required by the application and ask users to confirm their selections.
