Laos Lotto is a national lottery game in Lao People’s Democratic Republic operated by Lottery State Enterprise and available as two, three, four and five digit games on mobile phones.

Recently, Laos’ government issued a directive instructing law enforcement agencies and police forces to strictly deal with those running illegal lotteries, slot machine outlets or gaming sites in their country; those caught for the first time will receive an official warning notice; any second offenses will be fined 50 percent of their illegal lottery product’s value.
