To claim their prize, winners must present their ticket in perfect condition with no staining or tears to the lottery administrator in Hanoi within 30 days of winning it. They have two payment options – cash and bank transfer; in either case they must present their bank account information to the lottery administrator and also an additional fee of 50,000 dong will apply if choosing direct payment of prize directly into bank account.
